Volumouse 2.00

As the title might suggests, 'Volumouse' is a software intended to allow you to control the volume on your computer with your mouse. This is possible due to the shortcut keys or situations available to select from a list. For example, when the 'Alt' key is held down, scrolling your mouse will turn up or down the volume of a music player.

For example, you can set the program to use the mouse wheel to increase and decrease volume when 'Windows Media Player' is focused. The program is very easy to use because all the settings are placed on its main interface. You can set six different actions and save them as a configuration file which can be loaded any time you need it. This way you can create and save multiple configurations for many situations.

The program resides in the system tray and due to this you can access it very fast for changing settings.

While testing the program I enjoyed its simplicity and usability. You can set the steps for reduce or increase the volume but this depends also on your mouse sensitivity. You can chose between 500 and 8000 and I used the maximum for my computer.

Pluses: Its free and it works very good. It is very useful.

Drawbacks / flaws:

In conclusion: I enjoyed testing this program and I think I'll continue using it. If you have some spare time, give it a try.
